Knife Care
Always Hand Wash! Dishwasher detergent is very abrasive and will dull away the micro burrs that form the edge of the knife.
Dry the knife with a paper towel.
Use a honing rod. Using a honing rod before and after the knife is used realigns the micro burrs of the knife edge. A few swipes will go a long way!
